Birthday Workout!

Since fitness is life I decided to make a crazy special workout with all my favorite moves!  I called it “the Sophie” just like Crossfit has workouts named after soldiers – so now there’s a birthday workout!

  • 1/2 mile run (3:15)
  • 26 deadlifts @ 125lb
  • 26 wallballs @ 14lb
  • 26 kettlebell swings @ 20kg
  • 26 pistol squats total
  • 26 kettlebell snatches total @ 12kg
  • 1/2 mile run (3:11)

Time: 23:56, I honestly surprised myself.  I didn’t have high hopes of finishing around 25 minutes, so I surprised myself breaking 24!  I wasn’t even trying to go fast! Side note- if you can’t tell I was turning 26.

Swam for 30 minutes this morning to take it easy, a few hours later my body is feeling it a little in my butt and legs! All in all, great workout start to 26!
