“Sophie was instrumental in my training for the 2019 marathon.  I had previously run it in 2017 and had a lot of overall hip tightness and plantar fasciitis afterwards. When I decided to run it again, early on in my training I experienced a lot of the same problems.  Then, I decided to work with Sophie and she showed me many strength and mobility exercises that I used during my training which ultimately corrected these issues, shaved 20 minutes off of my marathon time and I experienced almost no pain after the marathon.  Because of Sophie’s attention to detail, willingness to explain, overall knowledge of mobility, programming and kinesiology; I would and have recommended her to anyone that is trying to improve their overall quality of life. “I started working with Sophie in February 2019 to work on my running goals. Ever since I started working with her – I have gained strength, resiliency, and confidence overall in running.
