There’s many forms of training – the most important thing is to do what will get you where you want to be. Do not be influenced by those around you telling you what diet to do or class to take. Do what makes you feel good and helps you get better. Be as specific as you can, no need to do bicep curls if you’re trying to lose weight, no need to run miles on end if you wan to be a body builder. Ask a trainer at your gym if you need help or have any questions. They should be happy to help. I am here if you need me as well.
