TRAIN WITH SOPHIE

As a trainer I don’t care about your size or how much you can/can’t lift.  I care about your form, your joints, health, safety, how often you move, and the most important thing is how you feel! Are you in chronic pain? I once was. I hate pain – I never want my clients or anyone for that matter to be in physical or mental pain.  I’d like to help you in all ways! It hurts to see people self-conscious – I want you to love yourself, just as much as your loved ones do. I hate when people brag about how much they can lift- I care about how you lift the weight. Are you keeping your back flat for your deadlifts, do you have proper shoulder mobility to do overhead pressing? Do your knees collapse when you squat? Are you going through proper range of motion when you do pull-ups? I hate when people laser-focus on the numbers – the important thing is to have a healthy body composition that’s going to make you feel good throughout life! Not necessarily the number on the scale or BMI.  I care about how you sleep, feel in your clothes, stress levels, how you move daily and how often! In the end – my goal is to help you get to your goals and feel/move better along the way.
